The Roto-shroom is a defensive mushroom plant in Plants vs. Zombies: The Final Showdown which can reflect zombie projectiles. Essentially, it functions similarly to the Jester Zombie, but for plants, as it will rotate rapidly when hit by a projectile, and then launch the projectile back at the zombies. It receives no damage from projectile attacks but can still be hit by non-projectile ranged attacks or regular short-ranged attacks like bites.
As a defensive plant, it also has as much health as a Wall-nut, allowing it to block off zombies at short-range as well.
It is unlocked afted beating Night 1 of Hidden Base.

Origin[]
Its name is a portmanteau of "rotate", referring to its ability to spin rapidly, and "mushroom", the kind of plant this plant is based on.
Appearance[]
A mushroom plant that is a similar shape to a spinning top. The top of it is purple like the caps of most other mushrooms in PvZ, and it has a face on the top.

Plant Food effect: spins fast enough to create a tornado for three seconds, sucking in all plant and zombie projectiles and then shooting them back out

Plant Food[]
When fed with Plant Food, the Roto-shroom will generate a massive tornado that sucks in all plant and zombie projectiles for three seconds, then unleashes all of them down one row in front of it.
Strategies[]
The Roto-shroom is useful as a defensive plant in any level featuring zombies with ranged attacks. It is particularly effective against several zombies introduced in Hidden Base. However, keep in mind that it only has as much health as a Wall-nut. During the day, it will block off zombies, but won't spin unless given a Coffee Bean, meaning that it costs 150 sun to use against projectile zombies during the day.
