Leftover Lurcher's Professional zombies acquire real estate to block off the Plants, then develop sturdy infrastructure around each other.

Leftover Lurcher has the Hearty and Weakly classes, which allows for her to weaken plants with not only Hearty zombies such as Landscaper, but also with Weakly tricks such as Brainz Pop, allowing her to significantly reduce the damage of large plants and completely prevent weaker plants from attacking. These plants can then be destroyed with Hearty tricks such as Weed Spray.
Having the most amount of zombies that can't be hurt, 
Armored, and 
Untrickable allows your fighters to easily build up numbers, who can then all be boosted with Hearty tricks such as Camel Crossing and Monster Mash. Healing cards also help certain zombies to use their health for longer, as well as allowing you to take more attacks from fighters. When going on the offensive, 
Frenzy and Quickdraw zombies help to break through plant defenses.
All of her tribe synergies will help with keeping zombies on the board, with different methods of doing so. A Sports deck will increase both health and strength to slowly overwhelm plants; it will also help Bowling Zombie and Drummer Zombie to attack, as both do not have any strength of their own normally. A Gourmet deck will focus more on health, keeping zombies around for way longer. If planning to use a Gourmet deck, bring along Pop Maniac and Coffee Zombie if possible, as it will behave as a Monster Mash that also gives the Frenzy trait to all zombies, due to Coffee Zombie being a part of the Gourmet Tribe. A Professional deck will instead deter the Plant Hero from hurting your zombies, giving you some opportunities to increase their stats yourself. Jurassic Fossilhead and Outhouse Zombie's Untrickable trait also means they have to be combatted directly, drawing attention away from other zombies.
Leftover Lurcher's biggest weakness is removal that ignores health; most 
Solar heroes are difficult to defeat due to this weakness. If combatting Solar heroes, Untrickable zombies can avoid removal tricks such as Whack-a-Zombie and Lawnmower, while using your own removal can help to avoid devastating plant fighters such as Briar Rose.
